Student Recruitment Strategist

The Future Students Recruiter is responsible for leading the student recruitment strategy within designated faculties, driving revenue-impacting events and marketing activities critical to the student acquisition journey.
This role involves a strong focus on planning, project delivery, stakeholder relationships, consultation, and reporting. It requires analysing market trends, competitor activity, and recruitment effectiveness to inform strategy and improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a student recruitment team to achieve domestic enrolment targets for assigned faculties.
- Develop and implement lead nurture and conversion plans aligned with university strategies.
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and faculty teams to optimize recruitment efforts.
A Working with Children check is required.
Qualifications & Selection Criteria- Proven experience leading a student recruitment team or similar team with demonstrated ability to meet targets and develop a team.
- Demonstrated experience in leading event delivery.
- Understanding of postgraduate market challenges and opportunities.
