Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate shared services team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and adherence to company policies.
  • Work alongside the credit manager to ensure credit control practices are embedded within the collections team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls in all financial transactions.
  • Provide short-term and long-term cash requirements to optimize the company's cash position.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial aspects of business activities, providing insights and financial analysis as required.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Hold a Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce/Business degree.
  • Strong leadership, management, and influencing capabilities.
  • Detailed-oriented, strong analytical, and organizational skills.
  • A can-do attitude and an ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational lines and have strong verbal and written skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred but not essential).
