The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of payments and reconciliations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting weekly payables reports for each centre
- Providing monthly cashflow reporting and analysis in relation to accounts payable
- Managing accounts payable reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks
- Liaising with centre suppliers and updating banking details as required
- Assisting with budget setting and data analysis
- Negotiating with and managing relationships with suppliers
