  • Providing emotional support and companionship to ensure their wellbeing and safety
  • Assisting with medication and attending medical appointments when required
  • Promoting independence and encouraging individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all activities according to company policies
