We are dedicated to providing our caregivers with comprehensive training and development opportunities, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to provide exceptional care to our clients.
To be successful as a caregiver with us, you will need:
- AHPRA registration
- Fully vaccinated (including COVID-19, flu, and other necessary vaccinations)
- Full working rights
- Current National Police Check
- 6 months plus experience in providing care and support to individuals with a range of needs
- Current Working with Children Check, CPR, and First Aid certification
- Australian driver's license and registered car with full insurance
- NDIS approval or receipt of application
We offer:
- A competitive salary, $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience

As a caregiver with us, you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to individuals with various needs, including disabilities, mental health conditions, and elderly care. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Providing emotional support and companionship, ensuring wellbeing and safety
- Assisting with medication and attending medical appointments as required
- Promoting independence and encouraging individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all activities according to company policies and procedures
