We are dedicated to providing our caregivers with comprehensive training and development opportunities, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to provide exceptional care to our clients.

To be successful as a caregiver with us, you will need:

  • AHPRA registration
  • Fully vaccinated (including COVID-19, flu, and other necessary vaccinations)
  • Full working rights
  • Current National Police Check
  • 6 months plus experience in providing care and support to individuals with a range of needs
  • Current Working with Children Check, CPR, and First Aid certification
  • Australian driver's license and registered car with full insurance
  • NDIS approval or receipt of application

We offer:

  • A competitive salary, $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience

  • Providing emotional support and companionship, ensuring wellbeing and safety
  • Assisting with medication and attending medical appointments as required
  • Promoting independence and encouraging individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all activities according to company policies and procedures
