At My People Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team of experienced professionals who provide high-quality care to children and young adults with Autism and ADHD.

We offer a competitive salary package, including great pay rates and weekly payroll, as well as opportunities for induction, ongoing support, training, and development. Our clients are leading providers across Melbourne, and we require caregivers who are available to work various shifts, including morning, daytime, afternoon, evening, and weekends in the Inner East Melbourne, Bayside, and North Melbourne areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young adults with Autism and ADHD, hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, and possess a minimum 12 months of Australian healthcare industry current work experience. A current Police Check, Vaccinations (including COVID), Basic Life Skills/First Aid, and the right to work in Australia are also required.

A Certificate III in Individual Supports, Certificate IV in Disability, or Mental Health Care Qualification is preferred, as well as a driving licence and access to a reliable car. The role involves providing quality care to clients, supporting their daily needs, and promoting their independence and well-being.
