Job Title: Children's Program Coordinator

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Description:

As a Children's Program Coordinator with Talent Focus, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators at one of our services located within a primary school. Your role will involve developing and implementing engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years, fostering healthy relationships with children, schools, and the community, and managing the day-to-day operations of your service.

You will have the support of a state-specific office and regional managers who will provide guidance and mentorship to help you succeed in your role.

About the Role:
  • Develop and facilitate child-centered programs that cater to the interests of children, incorporating activities such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the community through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage the operational aspects of your service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian work rights and ability to obtain a national police check and state check for working with children.
