Based near beautiful, vibrant Cronulla Beach in Sydney's south, Professional Beauty Solutions is an innovative, rapidly growing Australian-owned beauty distribution company. Our core target market is salons, spas and clinics, and our stable of 14 world-class brands is constantly growing

**About the role**

A newly created role, we're looking for an experienced Communications & PR Manager to manage media relationships and communications across our stable of world-class beauty brands. This is an amazing opportunity for a highly capable, highly motivated and highly organised individual with excellent copywriting abilities to manage multiple media activities across all of our brands to grow their visibility and sales.

**About the day-to-day**:
**Key tasks and responsibilities will include (but of course, aren't limited to)**:

- Managing ALL copywriting for multiple websites, blogs, PR activities, ad campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Ensuring the correct tone of voice is used across each brand's comms and that all marketing content is on brand.
- Writing press releases (e.g new brand, new products etc), newsletter copy, content articles etc.
- Managing all media and influencer relationships.
- Managing PR send outs to trade magazines, beauty editors etc.
- Development of PR strategies, including influencer marketing opportunities.
- Media pitching.
- Monthly reporting of publicity and social media coverage.

**About you**:

- You have a minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, Media or a similar field.
- You have a natural flair for writing and extensive copywriting experience, as well as strong verbal communication skills and a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- You're a super organised multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail.
- You're able to prioritise and stay one step ahead, but can quickly adapt when needed.
- You're passionate about consumer trends, and have your finger on the pulse when it comes to new comms and PR approaches.
- You're a measured, calm, laidback individual who loves a laugh, and you're not afraid of hard work.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
- You're an approachable team player who's willing to assist in all areas of a rapidly growing business.
- You have advanced Office Suite, Excel and Outlook skills.
