Job Description

As a retail associate, you will be our key ambassadors for beauty and wellness, inspiring and helping customers become the best version of themselves. You will work across all departments, from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.

You will create an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique needs, enjoy observing new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques, help customers discover the features and benefits of CRM programs, and expand your knowledge of iconic brands to share your knowledge with and learn from your team.

  • Develop product knowledge and expertise to assist customers in selecting products that meet their specific needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product releases, and company initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
