Your Role
This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing proactive updates, problem-solving, and working closely with the field sales and operations teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor customer shipments and provide timely updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the customer onboarding process to ensure seamless integration.
- Take ownership of customer accounts and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Manage quotations and customer data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain operational relationships with customers to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
