Customer Service & Administration | Laverton North
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service representative to join our Resources & Industrials function based in Laverton North. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality customer service to key account customers, driving customer satisfaction and retention through overall business success.
- Processing orders using our management systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Ensuring the highest level of service is provided to internal and external customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Being the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, warehouse, and transport teams.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service position, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and typing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Organisational, time management, and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
