Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar venue and role, preferably in hospitality or management
  • Licenses in gaming, RSA, RSG, TAB required
  • Excellent people management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with budgets to drive business growth and profitability
  • Great customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
