Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Heavy Duty Service Supervisor. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enhancing the customer experience, and promoting Penske's products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' managerial experience in an industrial/service environment, preferably within the Off-Highway industry.
  • A passionate and engaging personality with demonstrable experience in successfully managing, developing, and motivating a workforce.
  • Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information, including budgets and monthly financial reports.
  • The ability to understand and grasp technical product information and product fault resolution.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships.
  • Sound OFF Highway knowledge, with experience in Sauer, Allison, and mtu products ideal.
  • An understanding of labor sales & costs, gross margin, expenses, and other financial ratios.
  • A commitment to and promotion of safe work practices, with a good understanding of HSE responsibilities, and strong time management skills.
