Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture client relationships while providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs.
  • Program Leadership: Lead teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Required Skills
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services.
  • Client Excellence: Strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees.
  • Strategic Agility: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible approach to work.
