Global Mobility Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to clients on global mobility matters.

Your responsibilities will include consulting with clients on employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration and strategic placement to global multi-national organisations as they expand internationally and send expatriate employees on assignment.

You will also provide holistic International and Australian tax support to senior executives to assist with their global individual tax compliance obligations.

In addition, you will assist organisations with managing the tax obligations that arise from the employee/employer relationship, including employment taxes, international payroll and employee share schemes.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate timelines, action plans and milestones.

  • A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.

  • Previous experience working in a consulting practice or executing on both compliance and advisory work for clients.

  • Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes.

  • Ability to work with large data and strong excel and/or data analytics skills will be favourable.

  • Proven project management skills including experience working across multiple engagements.

  • Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members.
