Business Change Delivery Expert

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping business change delivery.

As Business Change Delivery Expert, you will work at the centre of our Delivery function, helping to bring clarity and structure to initiatives that matter. This includes process improvements and strategic projects.

You'll work directly with senior leaders and business units across the organisation, documenting requirements, mapping processes and uncovering improvement opportunities.

Key skills include connecting the dots, facilitating conversations, translating business needs into clear requirements and enabling better delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements by engaging with stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Mapping current and future state processes, identifying pain points, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Producing high-quality documentation including requirements, user stories and process maps.
  • Supporting delivery teams in scoping, feasibility assessments, prioritisation and planning.
  • Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and consistently applied.
  • Providing clear, structured business-side input for governance and reporting.
  • Tracking and supporting realisation of business benefits and outcomes.

To succeed, you will need 3-5 years' experience in business analysis or a consulting role. Key skills include strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement, adaptability and curiosity, detail orientation and commercial awareness.

Note that your commercial awareness must include thorough knowledge of how commercial activities interact with operational ones.
