As a compassionate caregiver, you will provide person-centred care to individuals in their homes, ensuring a safe environment and enhancing their quality of life through tailored activities.
- Assess and develop personalized care plans that cater to each individual's physical, social, and psychological needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care services.
You will spend the majority of your day visiting clients in their homes, providing hands-on care and support. This role requires strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care services to individuals in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans that address each individual's unique needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Full, unrestricted registration as a nurse and unlimited work entitlements.
- General nursing experience post-registration.
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and own roadworthy insured vehicle – Essential.
