There is an exciting opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in a community care setting. This role involves providing person-centred care to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and planning client care within your scope of practice. You will consider physical, social, and psychological requirements, creating and updating care plans as needed. You will also ensure that clinical quality compliance standards are met and work collaboratively with other multidisciplinary team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Assess and plan client care, considering physical, social, and psychological requirements
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet client needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal client outcomes
Requirements
  • Full registration with AHPRA and unlimited work entitlements
  • General nursing experience, post-registration
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and own roadworthy insured vehicle – Essential

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
