As a Registered Healthcare Professional you will provide person-centred care to your clients in the community, ensuring a safe environment and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life.
">About The Role">This role involves providing care to clients in the community, including assessments, planning and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other team members.
">Required Skills And Qualifications">- Full, unrestricted registration and unlimited work entitlements
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Current Driver's Licence and own roadworthy insured vehicle – Essential
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
