Position Overview
As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at our Chadstone Brand House, you will collaborate with your colleagues to provide an exceptional in-store experience for our customers during the holiday season.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Delivering an unparalleled world-class customer service experience consistently
- Representing Under Armour while upholding our customer service principles with integrity
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the fit, fabric, and functionality of our Under Armour products
- Surpassing sales objectives and capitalizing on every opportunity
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Prior experience in retail sales
- Team-oriented mindset - At UA, we collaborate to succeed
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
