Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Team Member. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fabrics, crafts, and home decor items.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist with visual merchandising, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a big-box retail space.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork Ability: Strong teamwork ability, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
