About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock levels, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
  • Expand your knowledge of our products and become a tea and brewing expert, making recommendations to customers.
  • Manage high volumes of stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels and undertaking visual merchandising to provided standards.
  • Take care of your own health and safety, as well as the safety of others, by following our safety policies and procedures.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and eager to learn.Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
