About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Continually expand your knowledge of our premium tea blends and become a tea and brewing expert, making recommendations to customers and driving sales.
- Manage high volumes of stock, undertaking visual merchandising to provided standards, ensuring a consistent and appealing store environment.
- Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following our safety policies and procedures.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated and customer-centric individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
