About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, expanding your knowledge of our products, and contributing to the overall success of our tea business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Continually expand your knowledge of our tea products and become a tea expert, able to make recommendations and answer customer questions.
- Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following our safety policies and procedures.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated and customer-centric individual who is ready to learn and grow with our team. If you have previous customer service or retail experience, that's a bonus You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.
