Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Team Member to join our team at Spotlight. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fabrics, crafts, party supplies, and home decor.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and support each other in achieving individual and team goals.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a big-box retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
