Maintenance Specialist

This is a key position in our organization, focusing on the delivery of exceptional electrical and HVAC maintenance services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple locations. They will work to maintain high standards, provide outstanding customer service, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering repairs and maintenance services to the highest standard.
- Responding promptly to electrical and HVAC maintenance work requests.
- Working autonomously to anticipate and resolve issues, preventing critical breakdowns.
- Developing effective communication skills to build strong partnerships with all stakeholders.
- Participating in an on-call roster.
Required qualifications include:
- Qualification as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technician – essential.
- Cabling license, CPR/LVR, Security provider license – preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous commercial or retail experience, with a preference for multi-site management.
- Working with Children Check.
