Job Opportunity: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced electrical maintenance specialist to join our team in Victoria. This is a full-time position that requires the maintenance and repair of site equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair all site equipment and facilities
  • Implement and ensure effectiveness of preventative maintenance programs
  • Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine faults
  • Coordinate and carry out comprehensive servicing of industrial machinery and equipment
  • Participate in planning and execution of engineering projects
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, adapting role and duties to operational requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum trade qualification in electrical engineering (Certificate III Electromechanical)
  • Expertise in predictive and preventative maintenance programs and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with fault finding and repair of industrial machinery
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Previous experience in food production environments (advantageous)
  • Proficient with diagnostic equipment and maintenance tools
