Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment within a nominated region is performed efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage field service priorities and schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-resourced service fleet vehicle.
- Perform various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
- Evaluate and establish relevant service-related information.
- Provide product service training to clients as required.
- Develop and maintain a customer base to promote financial growth.
- Participate in regular internal product-based training to meet OEM service standards.
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
- Able to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine mechanical or electrical problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish effective business relationships.
- A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License.
