The role of Marketing and Partnerships Head entails driving growth and enhancing brand visibility through effective communication and strategic partnerships.
Jones Radiology, a doctor-owned medical practice with over 60 doctors, 30 clinics, and circa 700 staff, is seeking a Marketing and Partnerships Head to champion innovation in service delivery and advance its position as the provider of choice for patients and referrers across its communities.
Reporting to the Chief Executive as part of the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will lead a small team responsible for:
- Enhancing brand visibility through targeted marketing strategies;
- Drove sustainable growth through effective market engagement and partnership development;
- Capturing new business opportunities by identifying emerging trends and landscape shifts;
- Building strong relationships with Doctors and the Executive Committee to foster trust and confidence in the effectiveness of Jones Radiology.
Applicants are invited from qualified professionals with demonstrated leadership experience in contemporary marketing and communications, coupled with a deep understanding of business development initiatives focused on strategic growth and market expansion.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, as well as strong leadership abilities and advanced stakeholder engagement capabilities. B2B and B2C experience in complex regulated environments is highly desirable.
