Director of Strategic Growth and Sustainability

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Planning and Assessment Service Line, driving growth and sustainability in our business.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in strategic business growth, client relationship management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team, nurturing key client relationships, and developing strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Planning and Assessment Service Line, including day-to-day operations, team management, and client relationship development.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Nurture key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in strategic business growth, client relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in financial management and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and technical discipline managers.
