Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Landside Coordinator to join our team at the Port Botany Terminal in Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our terminal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, including daily and weekly revenue calculations, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Communicate with industry stakeholders on terminal operations and provide updates on Performance-Based Logistics and Information System (PBLIS) issues.
  • Assist in planning and executing daily operations, working closely with the Landside Superintendent and Transport Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transport, rail, maritime, or marine operations, or customer service.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and planning skills.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
  • High attention to detail and ability to rectify errors efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve timely and effective results.
