**What You Do and Why**:
As a Finance Business Partner, you partner with the organisation to deliver strategic insights through meaningful relationships and understanding the essence behind financials. Your ability to navigate how numbers dance will add depth and understanding on why and how decisions are made.

You will be a trusted financial advisor within the organisation to develop robust scenario modelling and analysis on business growth and financial performance.

**About You**:

- Track record of relevant experience in financial and/or management accounting.
- Experience supporting stakeholders to make well informed decisions based on your analysis and insights.
- The drive to use your expertise to empower and enhance the wellbeing of our people and customers.
- Accreditation as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Practising Accountant (CPA) highly desirable.
- Strong business planning skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in analyzing and communicating financial information.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of financial and enterprise platforms (SalesForce, Jedox, Power BI, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
