Job Title: Process Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support our operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads to streamline processes across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:- Process Documentation:
- Collaborate with department heads to document all existing processes.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an organised repository of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
- Operational Support:
- Assist our operations team with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
- Support the implementation of new operational systems and processes, ensuring smooth integration across departments.
- Administrative Assistance:
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, drafting correspondence, and organising files.
- Handle internal communications, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information between departments.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
