Operations Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, logistics, or finance within a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Provide administrative support across daily operations, logistics, and finance.
  • Process inbound and outbound vehicles in a timely and organised manner.
  • Handle customer enquiries and assist in securing new business opportunities.
  • Support site supervisor in coordinating staff schedules and managing team communications.
  • Complete general admin tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock reconciliation to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Support compliance by maintaining health and safety documentation and procedures.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to coordinate deliveries and site requirements.
  • Help manage and improve operational processes for greater efficiency.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during peak operational times or emergencies as needed.
About the Role

You must be a strong communicator, confident engaging with team members, customers, and suppliers. You are highly organised, adaptable, and take ownership of your responsibilities.

To succeed, you must be proficient in MS Office, open to learning new software and systems quickly, and bring motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude to your work.
