Job Title: Process Coordinator

The role involves coordinating the embroidery and sewing production workflows by assigning tasks to ensure operations align with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company standards. This includes ensuring timely completion of tasks, meeting customer expectations, and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily workflows and task assignments.
  • Support team performance through coaching and training.
  • Plan and allocate labor resources across departments and sites.
  • Monitor equipment usage and maintenance needs.
  • Manage consumables and components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards.
  • Review and approve production quality.
  • Record and analyze KPI data.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large-scale warehouse.
  • Experience with supervision of a group of 5-30 floor staff.
  • Experience with KPI and Labour Planning.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to Coach and Train at a floor level.
