Dynamic Sales Administrator

We are seeking an energetic and highly organised administrator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to provide high-level administrative support to our sales team by:

  • Assisting with advertising bookings and sales proposals
  • Maintaining accurate records on all client bookings
  • Liaising and coordinating with key internal teams

You will also deliver daily revenue updates to the sales team, prepare internal accounts for processing and authorisation, and add to station tracking database with accurate recording of local newspaper, magazine and radio advertising activity.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An exceptional communicator

  • Persistent problem-solving skills
  • Highly efficient and effective administration skills

Additionally, you will be a skilled user of office software and other system applications, with the ability to learn and master new programs quickly and proficiently.
