Your mission is to ensure our collections shine both in store and in our clients\' projects.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales, customer service and procurement teams to support customer enquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders efficiently.Work with the Merchandising team to create displays that showcase our product ranges and launch new collections, including sample coordination and presentation materials.Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales tools, templates and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to provide accurate information and inspire confidence in clients.Liase with clients to answer queries, provide updates and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Support the team with data entry, record-keeping, reporting and other administrative duties to support overall business operations.About YouEnthusiastic about design, interiors, and artisan surfaces.Organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity in display or presentation work.Previous experience in a sales support, retail merchandising or design-related role is an advantage.What We OfferAn inspiring, creative workplace with a passionate team.Opportunities for growth and career development.Involvement in launching exclusive, beautiful products to the market.
