About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Secretary to join our dynamic team in Wollongong, Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and capable individual to support our sales team with marketing and administration tasks.

\

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and possess high-level organisational skills.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and solicitors\
  • Assist in organising information for new listings\
  • Coordinate sales documentation and correspondence between parties\
  • Organise marketing for new listings and sold listings, including social media updates\
  • Organise final inspections for sold properties on behalf of the sales team\
  • Report and assist with sales and settlement figures\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Positive attitude and professionalism\
  • Experience in a similar role within a busy sales team environment\
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential\
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) adept at Google calendars/sheets\
  • High-level organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team\
  • Real Estate industry experience preferred but not essential\
