Job Opportunity: Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to clients, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from other departments to plan and execute events professionally and efficiently.
  • Undertake daily administration and proactive sales activities, including correspondence, filing, and preparation of quotes.
  • Assist in the coordination of conferences, dinners, weddings, accommodation, and private dining bookings as required.
  • Handle calls, book appointments, assist in lead generation, and enquiry follow-up.
  • Work closely with back-of-house teams to ensure events are coordinated appropriately and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure presence on site for special events as sales coordinator or at the direction of the Manager or Director.
  • Conduct site inspections for clients and third-party suppliers as required for coordination of events.
  • Appropriately maintain event management systems, including details of sales activity, client information, tentative and confirmed bookings.
  • Prepare regular reports as directed by the Manager or Director and ad-hoc reports where requested.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for the organization and Event Hospitality and Entertainment.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings.
  • Participate in scheduled training and development programs.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up and work closely with clients to secure future business for the organization and EVT group.
  • Give assistance and support to other departments and/or colleagues when needed.
