**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to lead our alliances and managed services marketing efforts. This is a hybrid position that can be performed from any of our offices across Australia.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to deliver business-to-business marketing strategies and programs, focusing on activating partner relationships and managed services as part of our technology-enabled transformation journey.

  • Strategic Leadership: Advise senior leaders on strategy and align marketing plans with business growth priorities.
  • Marketing Execution and Innovation: Lead alliance marketing initiatives, develop multi-channel campaigns, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, innovation, and industry best practices.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage team performance and culture, oversee budget planning and reporting, and ensure efficient resource use while supporting broader performance outcomes.

  • Extensive experience in dynamic, matrixed environments, especially in professional services and alliance ecosystems.
  • Strategic, tech-savvy communication skills, including advanced use of AI tools.
