Early Childhood Education Leadership Role

The successful candidate will be a visionary leader in Early Childhood Education, responsible for driving the success of our centre. As Centre Manager, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality education and care services to children and their families.

  • Lead daily operations, including workforce management, budgeting, and service delivery

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Advocate for the rights and interests of every child within your care
  • Design and evaluate educational programs that support the development and well-being of all children
About You

We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in Early Childhood Education. You will bring strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering quality outcomes for children and families.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in a similar role
  • Commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for all children and families
  • Ability to adhere to the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
  • Understanding of appropriate behaviours while engaging with children
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor's degree)
  • Current Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate
