Job Overview

A dynamic and inspiring leader is required to drive the success of our childcare centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, promoting best practices, and fostering strong relationships with families and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure the centre's performance and success.
  • Lead, coach, develop and support the professional development of your team.
  • Develop strong relationships with families and the community.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Advocate for the rights of every child within the centre.
  • Implement and evaluate quality programs that support the development of all children.
About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader in Early Childhood Education with a proven ability to inspire teams, engage families, and champion children's learning and wellbeing.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
  • Commitment to providing a safe, caring and supportive environment for all children and their families.
  • Ability to adhere to the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
  • Understanding of appropriate behaviours while engaging with children.
  • ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education).
  • Current Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
