Job Title

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs, activities, and routines to support the learning and development of children.
  • Lead a team of educators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Supervise and mentor educators, guiding them to meet their full potential and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between teams and consistency in service delivery.
  • Develop close relationships with children, their families, and the community, fostering a sense of belonging and connection to the centre.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Group Leader in a childcare centre, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Approved First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification.
  • Working With Children Check.
