  • Foster positive relationships with team members, children, and their families
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs
  • Actively listen to feedback and suggestions to improve services or resolve concerns
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Sustain a collaborative atmosphere between families and educators

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
  • Valid Working with Children's Check
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates, or willingness to obtain one
  • Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain one
