About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all property operations, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend as the property Manager on Duty and oversee all property operations
  • Represent property management in resolving any guest-related situation

  • Implement Projects and Policies

  • Support with Rostering and Training of the Front Office department
  • Focus on Guest Voice

Requirements

  • Experience in daily operations of a hotel
  • Current WA RSA
  • Current Drivers Licence, manual preferred
  • Hospitality experience is essential
  • Must be well-organized, efficient, and have excellent people skills
  • Leadership experience
