About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our hotel's high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest relations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to their stay.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel's high standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Australian working rights.
  • Previous front desk/reception experience is advantageous.
  • Confident and professional personality with an aptitude for hospitable service, teamwork, and patience.
  • Strong communication skills, with a bonus for those who are multilingual.
  • Proficient technology skills and attention to detail, with protection for confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations.
