Job Title: Contract Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced contracts administrator to support our team in delivering medium-density residential and mixed-use housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders for multiple live projects.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, registers, and compliance records.

  • Support claims, variations, extensions of time, and subcontractor payments.

  • Collaborate effectively with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Drive quality, budget, and timeline outcomes across live projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar CA role within construction (residential or community housing preferred).

  • Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and compliance standards.

  • Excellent document control, attention to detail, and time management skills.
