**Job Summary**

The Community Housing Partnerships Unit is seeking a highly skilled Senior Housing Contract Coordinator to support the delivery of complex projects throughout the community housing sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Senior Housing Contract Coordinator will be responsible for administering contracts, including State Contribution Agreements and Funding Deeds, from contract execution to end date. This will involve managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of assigned projects and engagements, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
