We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our Ground Lease Model (GLM) housing programs.
You'll work closely with our General Manager - Build to Rent (BTR) and cross-functional teams to ensure our housing developments are not only delivered on time, but also ready to serve the diverse needs of our future residents.
Keep projects on track by coordinating inputs across housing, property, legal, and asset teams to meet our obligations under GLM agreements.
Be the glue between internal teams and external partners by supporting stakeholder engagement, managing communications, and representing the organisation in key project forums.
Drive operational readiness by tracking handover milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring we're prepared to mobilise services as new developments come online.
Support governance and reporting by preparing high-quality documentation and contributing to continuous improvement in how we manage and deliver projects.
Champion our mission by aligning your work with our strategic goals and values, helping us build a world without housing poverty.
About You To be successful for this role, you will have a genuine commitment for wanting to support vulnerable people in our community together with the following: Essential Criteria Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within housing, infrastructure, or social impact sectors.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—you're confident liaising with government, consortium partners, and internal teams.
A proactive mindset with a knack for spotting risks and solving problems before they escalate.
A commitment to equity, professionalism, and working in a values-led environment.
