We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of complex residential and mixed-use housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain project documentation, registers, and compliance records in a timely and organized manner
  • Support claims, variations, EOTs, and subcontractor payments to ensure smooth project progression
  • Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to drive quality, budget, and timeline outcomes across multiple live projects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar CA role within construction (residential or community housing preferred)
  • Detailed understanding of contract law, construction processes, and compliance standards
  • Excellent document control, time management, and analytical skills
